Bill Lee's primary areas of practice are finance, real estate, trusts and estates and business law. Bill has practiced law for 16 years both in the business world and in a law firm setting.
Bill has experience negotiating, structuring and drafting finance agreements in both a residential and commercial loan environment. He also has experience resolving problem loans from both the debtor and creditor perspective and has designed and negotiated exit strategies and structured settlements. He has also worked with banks and other lending institutions to ensure that they are compliant with state and federal laws and regulations. Bill has extensive experience in litigation that surrounds loan disputes and has worked with borrowers seeking bankruptcy protection.

Bill has worked for banks and owned several lending companies. He also started a frozen custard store in Denver. As an entrepreneur, a manager, a consultant, and an attorney Bill has experience in business formation and issues with capitalization and financing. Bill has also handled many client matters involving management and employment issues.
