Bill Lee's primary areas of practice are finance, real estate, trusts and estates and business law.  Bill has practiced law for 16 years both in the business world and in a law firm setting.

Bill has experience negotiating, structuring and drafting finance agreements in both a residential and commercial loan environment. He also has experience resolving problem loans from both the debtor and creditor perspective and has designed and negotiated exit strategies and structured settlements.  He has also worked with banks and other lending institutions to ensure that they are compliant with state and federal laws and regulations. Bill has extensive experience in litigation that surrounds loan disputes and has worked with borrowers seeking bankruptcy protection.

Bill can assist you in your estate planning needs of all types.  From simple to complex wills, medical directives, living wills, trusts and various powers of attorney, Bill can help accomplish your financial planning in case you are incapacitated and fulfill your wishes to take care of surviving loved ones when you pass away.  Bill also has assisted business owners with their succession planning.   Bill has experience guiding stakeholders in the estate to properly navigate through probate and even represent them with the court when estate disputes arise.

Bill has been involved in various legal aspects of buying, selling or investing in real estate, both residential and commercial.   He has assisted and advised clients in negotiating terms, drafting contracts and closing the transaction.  Litigation surrounding real estate is also familiar territory for him.  

Having years of experience in various businesses as an owner and a manager, Bill has a broad background that provides a deep understanding of the legal issues businesses face.   Bill has worked for banks and owned several lending companies.  He also started a frozen custard store in Denver.  As an entrepreneur, a manager, a consultant, and an attorney Bill has experience in business formation and issues with capitalization and financing.  Bill has also handled many client matters involving management and employment issues.  

When not concentrating on the law, Bill enjoys socializing in his favorite city, Denver. Whether at dinner with friends, a backyard BBQ or relaxing at a certain downtown cigar lounge, Bill loves to be around people.
